I assure about something, wait for some time to give you exactly what's going on. .......
- Latest version of Android is Android 4. This tablet has Android 2.2 (one thing you have to Know 2.2 version contain 51.2% of Android market at present).
- Android market is not available with this tablet. it means you don't have directory to download applications. You have to search it on web & download it.
- Mostly available Tablet has atleast 5 to 7 hr. Battery support. Here, 3 hr. maximum.
- Some other ports like LAN cable port, HDMI port are not available. Yuo want to use internet use Wi-Fi or USB modem.
- Government of India strongly publishing price 35$(approx. 1700 rs.). This is it's manufacturer price. after adding taxes & duties price will be 50$(approx. 2275 rs.). By reaching market price will be more than 65$ (approx. 3000 rs.).
- The Aakash tablet is designed, developed and manufactured by a Canada-based firm called DataWind in co-ordination with IIT(Indian Institute of Technology) Rajasthan.
Now, every electronic gadgets has Pron & Cons. DataWind Company Saying that in newer version(not in this version of AKASH) add sim card slot.
This AKASH Tablet will come in market on going November 2011.

I booked my akash tablet in april 2012, Stil now i did't get. When will i got my table my booking number is PMA05145
ReplyDeletewell, i also booked my akash tablet in march 2012, i didn't get call & mail about it. One thing you should know, in this period of more than six month, technology has been changed but configuration of akash tablet doesn't change anything. It would like to say at price of 3000, business of loss. Micromax gives tablet at price of 6000 which is better. htc bsnl, reliance launched their tablets too, in short "Akash is just fill in the blank, which will never filled." Forgot it like bad dream.
